What do you enjoy doing the most?

+1 on the idea of taking a trip. Helps clearing up your mind.

You're probably just depressed. I know I've been through periods like that a few times, and I always end up feeling extremely bored, not interested in anything, and having nothing to look forward to. Then as I would get out of my slump I would start coming up with goals for myself.

Do some that is totally outside of your comfort zone. Nobody says you have to OMG ENJOY everything you do...but perhaps if you go into new experiences with the goal of learning something new - about the experience, about yourself - you might get the ball rolling again.
