I love Sarah's. It's probably my favourite take-out place in Toronto. |

Vegetarian -
Fressen on Queen W -> Amazing little "Vegetarian Food actually can taste amazing" restaurant. I love the sexy atmosphere:
http://www.fressenrestaurant.com/fressen/index.html
And Fresh -> http://www.freshrestaurants.ca/ I love the Buddha Bowl - tofu and peanut sauce on Brown rice... it's yummy yummy
Pizza -
Pizzeria Libretto on Ossington -> http://pizzerialibretto.com/ I'm biased because one of my best friends is closely affiliated with the place but it gets rave reviews.
Late night grease -
Frans on College -> http://www.fransrestaurant.com/flash_site/index.html Ok... the food actually is so-so lol... but Im a night owl sometimes and I love the staff here. I love their onion rings... they are worth the guilt I usually feel after eating them lol.
Snooty High-end/ Sexy Patio -
One in Yorkville -> http://www.onehazelton.com/ ... I was only there a few times in the summer - admittedly haven't had a full meal - moreso appetizers and drinks... it's fancy smancy, sexy.... loved what I ate - loved the patio.... loved the atmosphere. Mmmm blueberry martinis.... ;)
Afternoon Patio ->
The Drake -> I'm a big fan of the vegetarian sushi and the atmosphere.
Chinese food -
Not Just Noodles (Yonge and Wellsley area) http://www.yelp.ca/biz/not-just-noodles-toronto
Fast food Burgers -
-> Craft Burger -> http://www.craftburger.com/index.php
-> Johnny Rockets at Yonge and Dundas -> http://www.johnnyrockets.com/index2.php
I've only had their veggie burgers (scrumptious).... but I've heard good reviews from friends on their meat burgers. I LOVE the sweet potato fries
Shawarma -
I like AliBaba's in Little Italy.
I'm hungry :p |

There is nothing in the GTA that compares to Montreal. The only poutine I will eat is what I make at home. |

+1
After eating montreal poutine I no longer enjoy Smokes... although I am convinced their quality has gone down over the past year as well. Every time I get one I end up feeling a little sad. |

I just checked on the first post, and there was nothing under Sushi. I was too lazy to read the whole thread.

for pizza and pasta, definitely Vivoli restaurant in Little Italy, 665 college street. The pizza is italian style, thin crust, real ingredients and made in a wood oven, yum yum :P
For burgers Acme and Hero burgers are really good (especially the 8oz!)
For burritos, i would definitely say Big Fat Burrito, there are 2 locations: one in kensington market and one on bloor, few blocks east from bathurst and bloor. |
