I'm a massive neat freak too. I'll vacuum the whole house even if it's only the upstairs landing that needs to be done. I like to do a full vacuum, dust, sweep, wipe down counters, windows, and mirrors once a week; and then give a thorough scrub to the bathrooms and kitchen once every couple of weeks. But that usually ends up being once a month when I'm in school.
I hate piled up laundry and always do mine when my basket is full (usually once every couple of weeks)...but my bf not so much. Which is why I'm taking over doing his laundry. I've done half of his 7 loads today. Tonight I'm making him go through his and purge a lot of it. Lol. |

I don't agree with that, man or woman. Doing housework all day, then doing more when your SO comes home isn't fair. Just because you're not getting paid doesn't mean it isn't work. Anything that goes on outside of the 9-5 should be shared. |
Who are these incompetent people who need all day to do the house work?
Agree with meat187, if one person isn’t working then its their responsibility to take care of the house mon-fri (man or woman). You can’t seriously tell me that your average house requires 8 or 9 hours a day, 5 days a week of attention.
Lifestyle shows wouldn’t exist if housewives/husbands didn’t have time to sit on their ass during the day ;) |

But not out of anger, out of JOY! Haha! |
I was being facetious... but good effort in trying to validate your opinions of me :) |

haha... it's not uncommon for me to go upstairs and find my wife using a toothbrush to scrub hard to reach places in our bathroom. |

| my boyfriend is OCD so he's soooooooooo clean. I have 12 hour days so he can kiss my ass if he expects me to do anything other than cook. |

Well it has to do with both. The point is that marriage benefits men, but not women. |
Say that to divorce attorneys, rofl. |

I did that with my ex. He had over 300 shirts piled into his closet. Some of them were brand new with the size stickers still on them, and when I peeled them off, there was an entirely different colour underneath where the sticker was. I forced him to get rid of half of it, but I literally had to fight with him on it, and then gave up on trying to reduce the 100+ left over. Haha! |
