Speaking of one-sided arguments...

LMAO!! This is so true though. I have not met a man who doesn't turn into a big baby when he is sick, and wont happily allow you to wait on him hand and foot. I think that the men who are exceptions to this rule are few and far between. |
I'm a pretty good care-taker, when my GF is sick. The last time I got really, really sick, I still had to walk to get errands done, get the car repaired, and take care of some other stuff. It wiped me out so badly, that I was panting as if I'd been jogging, by the time I got home, sweating, AND that was only three blocks, both ways, in freezing weather. I felt like total candy-ass, just walking up a flight of stairs.
Still, no rest for the wicked and no tender mercies bestowed to Yours Truly. |

How do you divide up the chores around the house? Do you share the work equally? Does each person have specific tasks to tend to? Do you do your own laundry, or does your partner do it for you? Is the work split up by man stuff/chick stuff? Does one of you do more work than the other?
What goes on?! |
off pie. Seriously. Read that question, how bent do you have to be to ask CORe opinion on this ? |

I'm not a feminist, and I didn't say that coming from a feminist perspective. The "way to go" part was a joke. Lol.
In terms of health, it's a FACT that married men have better overall health than unmarried men. For women, it makes no difference. |

Sure, you can look up these studies:

Just to name a few. |

If men have better health being married, why do men cheat? and don't women live longer than men in general? |

Do not confuse correlation with causation. ;) |

Women cheat, too.
It's also a fact that a man is more likely to spend his day pining for his ex, when the woman leaves him and has even started dating other, often younger, men. |

I'm not, lol. All of those studies were published in my Health Psychology text.
edit: I was never saying it was a cause. Ugh god you people are like pulling teeth. Do your own in research if you don't like it. |

We split everything up pretty well. I do the laundry (like Bas, my gf seems to fail at it for some reason), my gf mostly does the vacuuming/dusting. We both do general cleaning (bathroom, kitchen etc), and we both cook pretty equally. Dishwasher does the dishes, but my gf normally does the bigger/non-dishwashable stuff. I do the mowing/trimming/yard work stuff.
