i saw Gareth Emery ordering the cds that he was about to play... if he is disorganized but make a good set it's fine, at least better than almost playing a pre recorded set, what about crowd reading? Gareth hasn't heard this i think.

I agree, some of his productions lately aren't that hot, compared to more awesome stuff he made (The Incident is very underrated imo for instance).

and yeah, his sets are usually technically flawless, but then again how hard can that be when you're running samples through ableton? i saw him a couple years ago, probably a couple months before the balance comp, and while solid, he played nothing but the.. i dunno what you call it, "top ten tech house"? i guess? point is i could trainspot almost his entire tracklist, and i'm not that type of guy who really delves too deeply into any specific genre..
that, and he was raping the filters every track.
