Nah, they probably won't have the set up until next year. ;)

Still no update? Tomorrowland is next week.

Mmmh, if you have a look at the Tomorrowland website, the slot for "Winner DJ Contest" (right after Fred Nova) is now actually replaced by DJ Apsara.

http://www.tomorrowland.be/cms/fr/l...ay#Tranceaddict

So, it seems the contest is won, and results have been published somewhere.

I'm really looking forward to hearing this DJ, if they fly her over from so far and if she's better than all of us (the losers), then I'll be taught a master mixing lesson!

Anyway, if she cancels, or if I'm wrong and the contest result is still undecided, I'm still OK to play :)

Anyway, congratulations if she is indeed the winner of the competition. On the other hand, I hope that it is a longtime member, and not just someone who registered fast to be able to join the contest. That would kind of defeat the purpose of it being a 'tranceaddict' contest, no?

Born in the country of the rising sun and now residing in the state of sun and surf, Apsara is conquering the West Coast one turntable at a time. Small in stature yet large in stage presence, this DJ diva has found the perfect harmony in creating an addicting and mind blowing new sound of progressive trance.

Apsara’s journey began as a fan. Her curiosity brought her to the decks. Love and passion progressed her to the stage. In less than a year, Apsara was sharing the decks with producers Deedrah and Vibrasphere. Soon after, she was playing at the legendary Circus Disco in Hollywood alongside hard house legend Jon Bishop. Now a regular at renowned San Francisco top venues such as Ruby Skye and 1015 Folsom, Apsara has shared the decks with top international DJ’s such as Yoji, Marcel Woods, JOOP and Tritional, just to name a few. Proud full-time REDsident DJ (www.red-sf.com) and with a relentless gig schedule, Apsara will aspire you with her eclectic smile in a night club near you.

Somehow I'm thinking this is not the DJ-Contest winner :)

That shouldn't matter in the slightest. What matters is how creative your mix is and how much it stands out compared to the rest. If the person who signed up two weeks ago delivers the mix that fulfills these criteria more than any of the people who have been on the forum for years, that person deserves to win.

- Maybe we all sucked so much that they had to book another DJ?
- Maybe they moved the winner to some other stage, like the camping or the red bull truck that is usually somewhere at the entrance.
- Or maybe she won and there is not much communication about it.
- Or maybe it's a bug?

Anyway, an asian female DJ with boobs, that apparently stands out from all of our mixes... I'm going to be blown out of my mind.

I hope.

I don't understand why Tranceaddict cannot announce the winner?
They have announced the terms & conditions, understandable if they cannot stick to the deadline and being late with a few more days, you know, hard to make decision due to loads of excellent entries. :haha:
But it's been like 2 weeks?!?! This is not professional at all. Whatever DJ Competitions I had entered in the past, always delivered the result in time. What's up Tranceaddict? Just tell us who won and then everybody can forget this and move on...

They've already announced the winner, it's on the tomorrowland website.
