Well i can assure you that my sons penis does not look like that. I will admit, it was hard to get done.. i cried. It did look sore when it was healing. But he didn't cry. It didn't seem to bother him at all even though i am sure it was painful at one point or another. He certainly doesn't seem traumatized. Eli is circumcised, our dads were too.. my brother was, and most of my friends are. I have never heard them complain about it. I think there are positive and negatives of both.. my ex-boyfriend wasn't circumcised and it didn't bother me (or him) at all. I was really unbiased toward the decision.
eddie- whatever mummy issues you have, aren't related to me. you might want to talk to a professional about that.. :conf:
and chem- i'm sure there are awful experiences with circumcision just like there are awful experiences with penis' that are uncircumcised.. like i said before i know of 2 adults who had to have a circumcision due to medical reasons and they obviously found it very painful. But those cases are few and far between i imagine.. |

OMG call social services!!! seriously! i live in medicine hat, alberta.. look it up and call them because i'm a ing NIGHTMARE of a parent. Forget that i forfeited my career to stay at home and raise my children, giving them good food and nice clothes and toys.. i'm sure they don't appreciate all the stories and other things i do for them.. that, i CIRCUMCISED my son. wow. and not only that.. NO one in my part of the world does it.. i'm the only one. I did it just to torture my child. I'm sure he'll hate me once he realizes what we've done. Seriously, this is dumb.

You're just like her! She never completely read my posts and was unable to see the humor craftily woven between the irony.
But, you did pick up on the mommy issues schtick I was playing to. ;) :stongue: |

Weiner, sorry for bashing you. It really doesn't reflect on your parenting at all since it is so common in North America.
It still is a trend that should be reversed though, mainly because it is totally unneeded, and for most people doesn't serve a religious purpose (which is no excuse to do it either). |

| lol i'm pretty sure it is reversing nou.. it is still really common where i live, which is why i was probably surprised to hear everyone else's reaction.. but statistics show it is becoming less common. |

In all fairness, getting drunk and falling off farm equipment is relatively common in your neck of the woods too. |

It doesn't even have to be sex, everything down there feels better uncircumcised. |

Because, you know, you've been circumcised before. GTFO you have no frame of reference on this. |

FFS. Circumcision dulls the nerve endings on the head to the point where they no longer feel anything. Thats proven, in fact its plain logic. More active nerve endings = more sensation. Its not a matter of reference, its a matter of simple biology. |
