you conveniently forgot the rest of the sentence. What kind of life experience do you have? Really? Do you still live in your mums flat? Have you ever been in a serious relationship? I know you don't have kids.. I can't wait until your balls drop and you have to step out into the big world and make these big decisions too. I know you'll make all the right choices, you always do! I stated my opinion of my neighbors, not the market value of my house. I actually plan to do quite well when it comes to putting it back on the market (that's also the opinion of our Realtor in case you seek a more experienced and researched opinion)
Would it be ok if i came to you next time i need to make a big life decision? I would hate to make another mistake.. since we're friends and all i'm sure you would give me the best advice. |

i don't see how my story has changed.. also i am not responsible (well fully responsible) for the de-railing of this thread.(just for the record) people proceeded to tell me i was wrong and stupid or right and doing a good thing.. it's not a big deal. I don't see this as having a crywank. at least i contribute some conversation around here, i haven't seen you do anything but criticize or crack a joke at someone else's expense. |
