he dug really deep to win this, just to think at the beginning of this tournament he was on the brink of going out and to see him win a tough five set match against federer who played well was simply awesome. can't wait until tomorrow :).
as for the women's final i like clijsters but it would be nice to see zvonareva win her first major; she seems pretty deserving. overall just hope for a good match, not pushing either way for this. |

| it was a thrashing, pretty sad to watch actually. great tournament by kim clijsters, she played really well. |

| yeah..it sucks for ppl that had tickets for the sunday match and then have work tomorrow, or something like that. fortunately i don't have anything too pressing tomorrow afternoon- this'll just motivate me to get up a bit earlier and get done what i need to get done in time for the match. |

| three straight years that the men's final has moved to a monday. i have also concluded that i am the good luck charm that federer needs to win easily in the men's semifinals. i've worked every semifinal of his except 2004 (but tim henman isn't really a threat) and 2010. |
