maybe...but the hype around Louis Leblanc and the fact that he is getting his pedigree in town, is a francophone montrealer....unless he turns out to be a bust i'm pretty sure that he is going to wear the next C after Josh Georges possibly.
Wise choice with Gio, the only thing i don't like about this is that the players didn't chose. |

i don't believe that anymore than CKAC reporting non stop on how Lecavalier to montreal was 100% going to happen.
French language hockey media in mtl = irresponsible reporting with very little fact checking...as long as it sells papers, makes people listen to the radio/watch tv they will go ahead and run with the story no matter what.
Gio is by far the fav candidate (bodog even has odds on this that you can bet.), so this story smells like la presse wanting to have the "exclusive" of a story everyone is expecting. It would make more sense for the actual captain to know before the press no? |
