| I think they try to some degree, but even some of the bigger, more known names sometimes have pretty empty stages, which is never a good thing, so they have to find some kind of balance to what they think enough people will see. They aren't trying to make the festival most representative of the state of dance music around the world; they are trying to make money. |

| wow first person ive ever seen comment on hardstyle. :eyes: i would love to see it. but i doubt itll ever happen. hardstyle isnt something that goes over well here. its one of those things i guess we'll just have to travel for. but a qdance night during wmc or umf week would be absolutely insane if it did ever happen. :eyespop: |

Yeah I understand the selling tickets thing. In fact profit at the loss of others seems to be the theme for this year.
I'm in Fernandina Beach which is just above Jacksonville. I'm one of the very few people who even know who Tiesto is around here.... can't get any good tunes in Jacksonville, Orlando is dry but coming along it looks like... Yeah I'm spending my money and vacation time to come down but I just would have liked a better representation of what's out there....
and Pat
I would come down for a qdance night ANY time of year!!!! |

Best festival ive seen this year and maybe to date.
Production, artist value, artist range, location, etc. |

| exactly. All stages are packed with talent. Each genre is fully represented in full force here. Each stage is set up appropriately and not a cluster of genres. And production - amazing. Sure they have more money and space for this festival, but hell, give me half of this festival and ill take it. |

Does anyone happen to remember if they ended up selling single day tickets for Ultra last year? Yes I know when events do that they wait until pretty much last minute, and the price is retarded - But I really only want to go Sunday this year, and really don't want to have to buy a 3-day pass now to insure that I'll get to go on Sunday ;/
My main concerns being that since the whole selling out thing last year...Thinking maybe it'll sell out (Or well come pretty close to selling out) with the 3 day passes, that they might not even bother with single day tickets this year at all. Anyone have any idea?
Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks! :toothless |

Yeah I paid $179 for a ticket on Saturday after scrambling around for an hour. Crazy jacked up prices, I got lucky. |

| WOOOOOOOOOOW, that sucks. They removed Joris Voorn from Carl Cox & Friends on Sat and added Steve Aoki and Afrojack. Also took off Gui Boratto from Main Stage on Sun! Ugh :/. |
