its comin along. going back to work full time in the new year. its been a in year! its driving me nuts lol. but ya its comin back slowly. trying to build up my hamstrings right now, find it painful going down stairs properly, all my pain is strength issues and tight muscles. i see myself returning to running normally by summer. maybe sports by september or oct. its been a long journey |

well at least it sounds like you're gonna have that option to go back to sports. that in itself is a privilege, man. one of my best friends ed up his knee during a hockey game back in high school and had to get screws put in it. ed his entire sports "career" up. i know how much you love football dude so that would be a bummer to not be able to play again. |
