Well? Should he?
The decision of the COR is the final say. Choose wisely. |

people are way too fixated on this bull imo, why not wear converse, as long as all parties involved are fine with it?
The bride said its ok, so why not :)
what's the difference really? Because he wouldn't look like everybody else, or because he wouldn't have have to buy super overpriced shoes that he would wear once every 3 years, or because dressing abnormally would probably get him far more attention that the suited-up fools, and that makes you all super jealous?? It's the last one isn't it!? You're all just jealous because he's gonna get AAALLLL the attention because of his out-there casual shoes, while you stand with your own urine puddling in your uncomfortable shoes, jealousy having unclenched your bladder, ISN'T IT!?!?! |

I never understood the commotion behind this one either, and I was actually surprised by how often it popped up after I posted one or two pictures in the hundreds of years I've been here. Either way, I get a real kick out of this debate now because it's completely random :D |

But, if you like it and you're willing to put up with the farts that will ensue, why not? |

So what is the difference? Why be so insistent upon wearing sneakers? What difference does it make to just suck it up and wear occasion appropriate footwear? Works both ways does it not? |

I'm not insistent: You guys bring this up far more often than any person that knows me in real life. And, guess what: In job interviews, formal-occasions-where-I-don't-know-the-people-involved-or-I-know-they're-too-cuntservative and so on, I wear proper shoes. But, if I can get away wearing something comfortable, I will.
I can, therefore I do. |
