| Ha, a couple friends of mine who know my tastes have been telling me to check out season 6, so I'm DLing it now. Would you agree that I'll be able to jump in just there and enjoy it? They say I will, but seems a bit weird to me. |

Yeah you shouldn't have a problem. I'll give you the only backstory you'll need.
Dexter and his brother witnessed their mother sawn apart with a chainsaw in a shipping container when they were both little. They were found in 2 inches deep of blood (hence Dexter's obsession with blood). In season 1, Dexter's brother Brian turns out to be the main villain of the season. Dexter's foster sister, Deb, starts dating Brian, until ultimately Dexter kills him, and Deb finds out that Brian was a serial killer.
I'm sure you already know the premise of the show, but that point about Dexter's biological brother, and his relationship with Dexter's adoptive sister, is important to season 6.
Oh, and at the end of season 5 Dexter started to become troubled with the idea that he might be starting to feel feelings. |

I ing hate this show.
I've watched up till the middle of season 4.
The first season, i quite enjoyed, the 2nd, Meh but it'll progress i'm sure.
By the end of the third, I ing hate it.
Too many times I have lost my mind trying to understand the rational behind the characters decisions.
-He trashes his lab to kill a fly?
-The stupid punk kid refuses to laundry his money cause "I'm a criminal yo, I don't pay taxes" THAT IS ING RETARDED.
-A Criminal Drug lord decides to get pissed off at a cop for writing him a ticket...
DONT ING TELL ME HE WAS ANGRY.
This show is for retards who think they're smart.
THIS SHOW... you for liking it. EVERYTHING.
And i haven't even talked about the airplane crash. "Oh but they explain why it happend" YOU! that is so god damn stupid. i hate this show.

| If Walt was supposed to be rational, the show would have ended in the first season when Elliot offered him the money to pay for his cancer treatment, and a job at Gray Matter. Any rational person would have immediately accepted that. |
