All of the evidence hank has was obtained illegally.

Oh , woscar's back!

On-topic: the bit where Walt is confessing on the phone with Jesse was a bit too easy. I mean the guy's got every little detail planned out and he doesn't stop to think about that situation for a couple of seconds? Is it really his greed that completely blocks his reasoning?

Also, like Viber said, the shootout was poor. They were firing for like 5 seconds until Hank and Gomie got cover. But I guess that's all the same in every movie or series.

I still don't know how this show is going to end though.

How? he got Walt talking on the phone with his former partner in crime, if Jesse recorded an incriminating conversation between him and Walt and handed it to Hank then why can't Hank use it?

Right, with an illegal wire tap on his phone. How else do you think they got the coordinates of the phone? They were tracking it, it wasn't just a matter of a recorded confession. They had an illegal tap on his cell. He had no warrant because he's been going down this whole course on his own, unbeknownst to the DEA. That, plus the information he got from Huel, plus essentially holding Jesse without cause, plus putting a wire on Jesse without a warrant, etc. etc. Everything he has done in the course of this "investigation" is illegal.

None of that evidence would hold up in court.

I think he believed Hank's fake photo of the money, and believed that Jessie was torching it, so that emotion overrode his logic in the moment.

That picture is pretty skewed. Jesse's mistakes are all the result of being a stupid kid/drug addict. Walt makes cold calculated decisions, which is much more evil imo.

What a horribly stupid ing reason to consider one "evil".
