I doubt it's 50/50. I'm confident that the poll will show that the majority of users are in support.
It might appear as a split of opinion just because some people, myself included, recognise that it is pointless to discuss anything meaningful with the one or two idiots--in the discussion above--who are constantly spewing out random garbage about a topic they are clueless on.
In short, just because nobody is responding to you; does not mean you're right. In fact, it usually means the opposite. It's like talking to a brick-wall; what's the point? |

Just saying the same argument could be said of any side especially if one knows about what they are talking about but refuse to see the opposing view point or refusing to budge on their way of thinking. |

Against.
Sensationalist movement. A function of the internet generation, built on media and strawman conviction. People who haven't read a single book on economics, social justice or government doctrine are suddenly vocal experts on something they dont understand. |

So for someone who's lost their house/job as a result of something like this has no right to complain in this way? |

who lost there house in Toronto? oh ya...the same amount of people that lost it last year and the year before and the year before etc.
please we got it good here. When our poor can afford telephones and plasma tv's, I don't think we have any reason to complain. Occupy Wallstreet I do support, they're in a heap of trouble so is Italy Spain and Greece. People in Toronto are just being copy cats |

Oh the irony.
While any reasonable person will grant you that some of these protesters haven't the slightest clue about what they are actually protesting; you have to concede that on the other side of the fence, there likewise exists a population who is equally as clueless. If not more. |

ps if someone lost their house its not because the banks wanted to take it from them. Trust me the banks rather you just pay your mortgage then them take your house. You're house is of no value to them, your mortgage on the other hand is of lots of value to them though. |
