stereo brings trance djs on occasion. they had john o'callaghan back in december. it was in sick, but admittedly, not the best location for a trance show.
but i'm not about to pay $60 to see markus schulz at stereo, that's insane. especially since i just saw him at beb and to be honest wasn't that impressed. |

The difference between paying 25 at pacha and 60 at stereo is pretty simple. one capacity at pacha is way bigger 2 they serve alcohol till 4 or 5 am stereo is a capacity of 700 people and we serve no alcohol.
in this day and age the price of djs is sky rocketing and its expensive to cover the artist and the clubs overheads. hence the reason why tickets cost 60$
i hope that makes sense |

it does! but I would of thought that the price to book a dj wouldnt of change that much since the rise in the amount of dj's as also sky rocketed? no?:happy2:
And ive always been amased at Stereo's capcity to produce and maintain such quality nights without the profit of alchool sales. |

Can't stand trance, but come on guys...even I know that we are talking about one of the biggest djs in the world, and if not one of the biggest in his genre. He headlines massives and festivals...if you guys don't want to pay so much for these acts, stop voting so much for them in the dj mag poll. The higher the position, the higher the fee usually...why do you think the djs cheat, and go into crazy spam mode to win or place high in this thing. A "top 10 in the world" (lol) dj is going to charge top 10 prices.
I'm also sure that the 60$ includes unicorn processing fee. You are getting the real deal here and not a pegassus with a party hat glued on. #trancefamily *hearts with hands* |

$60 is not a surprising amount. There have been other DJs at Stereo which had similar covers.
Also comparing hearing him at BenB and Stereo is like comparing listening to an AM and FM radio station. Plus the presale might be too close to BenB, but the actual set is 2 months later. |
