It's not that I dislike Radiohead. I just don't think they're a pinnacle of excellence that sets a high-water-mark where quality is concerned. I don't make subjective remarks using them as a reference point for quality control. I also haven't relegated myself to one or two bands and an antiquated sound-palette based on music technology that was stunningly inferior at the time it came out. And what I definitely don't do is slam a producer who's music I've never heard, having the aforementioned restricted taste as an irrelevant qualitative standard in mind. You do, ergo, you're ing clueless.

Got it?

I almost wrote something similar EZ, but I'm guessing that he's just a 14yo kid. No adult is going to be that clueless and call someone "stupid" for not sharing his musical taste,....one would hope.

Who said anything about you having inferior taste because you don't think they're top tier? I made that remark when he said that song was atrocious, when in actuality it's widely regarded as one of the greatest tracks of the 2000s. Amazing considering it's from a ROCK band doing a sound that's entirely foreign to them

Also, them working with vintage technology is the point. It gave them a distinct sound. Your logic of how it's bad because 'ewww old fart technology' sounds like a Dj Tiesto drone, doesn't it?

It's a simplistic song with a catchy hook. Honestly, don't presume to have an understanding of my (or anyone else's) musical taste.

As for vintage technology - you failed to notice that I pointed out your touted "vintage technology" was inferior at the time it came out. If you did not fail to notice it, then you failed to understand. Inferior implies that there is a comparison to that which is superior and being that much older music technology was, in fact, superior in every way possible to the niggling bull technology you're touting, calling it "vintage" in no way confers legitimacy onto your bull proposal.

Very simply put, you don't know what in the you're talking about. You have suffered a common ailment of having a horrible idea; ergo, once again, you're absolutely ing clueless.
