You ever **** up at work and feel really terrible... (pg. 4)

I like money. That's why I request to work most holidays and don't have kids yet, lol.

well whats hilarious to me is how much the cor lost its sense of humor. We used to laugh at this stuff. I know you guys think of me as a thug but you can ask the people who I have met on here and hung out with..that's so far from the truth.

I don't care about the cash in this business. What I like about it is that I earn my money. If I wake up today and am not in the mood chances are I won't make anything happen. I know that feeling of waking up and lugging yourself to work to punch in, and just going through the motions because you are paid to do it.

I wake up every day and force myself to put my game face on and the amount of money I make is based upon the amount of work I put in and how smart i was the day before. It's like playing a game of chess and you're in control of your outcomes.

You sell houses.

If you weren't doing that, you'd probably be selling used cars.

Get over yourself, bra.

maybe the mls has that information stored, but the historical printouts do not show that information.

i don't see the names of who bought or who sold listed.. just the addresses.

i couldn't do it. I need to build things. Like see a tangible thing after the work or i just don't see the point. Could be a house, music , computer code. I hate selling. I hate buying. I actually don't like thinking about money at all. As long as i have enough, and someone I trust is taking care of it, i am good.

But one time this family who couldn't afford to pay bus fare to get their kids to school every day came to me and I put them in a '96 Ford Escort with reasonable miles and ya know I just felt really good inside.
Vivid Boy
nah if I wasn't doing that I'd probably be driving between construction sites running a crew of guys like I was doing a year and a half ago before I quit.

It was good money after taxes I brought home 60 k and had full benefits, pension, and fully insured. I had a company car, phone and gas card.

If i add it all up i was making more money running a crew of tradesmen then i am over here, but there is nothing enjoyable about waking up and wanting to shoot yourself in the head before work.

ya because the guy decided not to give you full info lol. We have the option to send full info or part info. he sent you part. :)

like i said you are very welcome to go to the land registry and pay the fee and get the sales history. It will show you who bought it as well. or you can just sign up for a year at the land registry website.

re Halcyon, there is nothing wrong with being proud. But you can't deny he does go about it like he is a black guy about to promo something.

Well that's been the culmination of his personality on this site for the last 10 years! I'm certain Eric doesn't act this way with clients, but Vivid Boy has always been a staple cor whore, and his cult of personality has certain standards to live up to.

What is so dumb about what he said? There are exactly 0 things wrong with being proud of what you do for a living and helping people make major life decisions along the way. No, real estate agents aren't carrying babies out of burning buildings, but it feels good to do your job right and honestly, and see that it genuinely helps people out.

That is not what he said.

What he said was is that he did something for someone for free only because they claimed to be really poor, then they went on to show that they were not in the slightest bit poor at all.

Which means he got screwed over.

But if you have kids you could make sure they're famous and earn you lots of money.
