I actually don't like thinking about money at all. As long as i have enough, and someone I trust is taking care of it, i am good. |
I hear you, I am in some ways the same way but I like people. I'm a very good people person. Everyone has a role in our system. We need guys to build and we need people to sell the product. It's what keeps everyone working at the end of the day. |

ya because the guy decided not to give you full info lol. We have the option to send full info or part info. he sent you part. :)
like i said you are very welcome to go to the land registry and pay the fee and get the sales history. It will show you who bought it as well. or you can just sign up for a year at the land registry website. |
thats fine, i dont think that information is relevant to a buyer anyway. just the sale history on the property.
Interesting to know that you guys can run those queries though. |

That is not what he said.
What he said was is that he did something for someone for free only because they claimed to be really poor, then they went on to show that they were not in the slightest bit poor at all.
Which means he got screwed over.
But if you have kids you could make sure they're famous and earn you lots of money. |
haha first of all them purchasing a 500 000 dollar home didnt happen, and I didn't say they were poor. They just had to come and had 0 time to shop for a home. so i put them into a rental. I didn't charge commission but when the lease is up theyre planning to buy and they will buy off of me. It was the kicker to the joke but goddamn the cor has turned stale. you guys forget what humor is! |

| Well, in that case, I'm glad you're a realtor and not a comedian. |

I'm sorry I lost the subtlety in the half of the story you didn't tell that wasn't even remotely implied :wtf: |

check out the stats only 10% of real estate agents make good money, the other 90% make 30 grand or less. Its a tough gig, but if you can break the code, there is large money to make
|
I know 3 real estate agents, all under 25 and all driving benzezezez. Its not that tough, you just gotta be a super rat jew about the game. , one of them sold 22 condos last month. |

No, he said they were "just off the boat", which only means they had recently immigrated. He didn't say they came to North America in a wooden raft to help build the railroads. :stongue: |

| It's a common parlance for tracking down a hotel or finding unsatisfactory temporary living conditions. I've never taken it to literally mean people hole up in a cardboard box somewhere. |
