you're coming?? woo! Is Tomas?

They said they were keeping the same prices as last year so the next round shouldn't be too much more.. VIP didn't go over $199 last year.

You should really consider VIP.. drinks were dirt cheap, huge place to chill behind main stage, massage area, hammocks, artists hang out back there, there was a private boiler room set with Magda and Stacey Pullen just for us (Richie was supposed to play that too but he got too drunk at Jak Attack and lost his phone and nobody could reach him apparently). The little VIP areas at each stage aren't ideally set up but they were nice if you wanted a good view of the stage and the floor was super crowded.

I rarely do VIP but it was a joke how cheap the weekend was. Def worth it.

The sound did suck ass in the underground. I hope they fix that this year, because 90% of the music I wanted to see was there.

The funny thing is, it was improved, drastically. The years prior to last year was really horrendous. And for the first time, i can say i enjoyed the sound down there compared to the years I've gone. However, that bass was a bit too much in the beginning.. when i first stepped in there, and managed my way through, it didn't take long for me to try and scatter to the back because that bass was literally like a kick in the face- and i barely have this affect. Needless to say, the stage.. WOW, very impressive.

I don't know how you could make out anything that was played down there. It all sounded like static bass to me. It wasn't such the room, but I could here the compressors on the board bringing down everything when the kick drums came in. Way overdrive in the low end, stealing all the bandwidth.

yeh dude, you could hear it particularly when the kick would drop out of a song and suddenly it would sound like the mids were boosted way up. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much low down there. Let's hope for a fix this year.
