I dunno, IMO he's always been kinda hit or miss.
Re: Friday, I know some people that were lined up at 10pm (without tickets), and didn't get inside by 1am and left.
WTF !!!!!
I realize it's always better to have tickets, but to be in line at that time, and wait for that long and still not get in is wack. |

| This was by far the worst Sasha set I've experienced... no flow.. consistently flat.. not impressed sadly.. |

Yeah, my friend waited from 10-1 too and gave up while at the front of the line. Another friend that showed up at 1 waited for an hour and a half and got in.
The amount of old schoolers out saved the night because sasha's set was really disappointing to say the least.
I'm predicting an uncomfortably hot summer at coda if something isn't done about the cooling system inside. A half dozen fans spread throughout would make a huge difference. It was unfortunate to see that half of the LED lights were broken. The other moving lights are too much for me bc I kept getting blinded by them. Less is more at an underground club. For a dj like Sasha that plays dark music, no lighting at all would've been ideal.
I feel for anyone that waited a long time outside but there was just the right amount of the people inside - busy but not uncomfortably rammed like Ryze or Guv on a long weekend. |

| i wouldn't say he was disappointing ( i didn't expect a killer set ), there wasn't much flow though. i heard a couple of bomb tunes. personally i didn't notice the heat too much ? stepped outside a lot. but the music wasn't what id be remembering from friday. was meeting a bunch of new people, running into old friends that i didn't even recognize. the journey for mcdoubles was treacherous and to my dismay breakfast was being served. i almost forgot how good mcgriddles were. as of now the next time I'm at coda will be for villalobos - for now. |

| and what was the deal with the sign at coat check saying they don't accept pictures of tickets to get your coat back if you lose your ticket? I don't get the logic behind this. |

I think I know you well because everytime I read one of your posts, for some reason I think of a sexual innuendo.
You probably plan it that way subconsciously. |
