thats exactly wat i said...their capping policy was base on the total number of people in the entire complex and not on the basis of how many in each room... |

LKD...wtf!! When we all went to Guv, I saw you following us...and I didn't want to go either...and then once we walked into guv, you were nowhere to be found :conf: I guess we both should've stayed at kool haus...Guvernment sucked ass...like I said in my review, i went back myself, and I dearly regret leaving Kool Haus, cause Ferry completely killed my buzz.
and kool haus wasn't "empty"...it was just riiiiiight   |

Hehe I actually found LKD sitting on the floor in a state of disarray somewhere between the guv and kool house and let me tell you if you think some other people were ed you should’ve seen this guy :stongue: :stongue: :stongue: you were 2 funny dood
I regret leaving Seaman’s show too, if I only knew Corsten would be slacking off for the first hour or so I wouldn't have budged from the kool house |

I have loads of TA pics, but just need a place to host them.
Last track Seaman played WAS amazing- "Stare into the Sun" or something like that. Possible U2 track? I'm not to up on that sorta stuff. Maybe someone on the Tribe board knows? |
send me the pictures (preferably optimized )
and I will host them |

So its 7PM and my ears are still ringing and i can't get to sleep so i will tell you what i thought of the party. I have to say it was one of the best nights all around. Got there at the very beginning, and was on the dancefloor immediately. I think Luke Fair is an amazing dj and its too bad he is always the opener. I liked the Sublime song he played. DJ Three was good too, wasn't quite sure what to expect from him, but he set the mood for Dave Seaman. Dave seaman destroyed the place, quality set of mixing and tracks. He incorparated a few different styles very smoothly. I must say i am real sick of "days go by" but seaman threw down the sickest version of it, it was absolutely beautiful. It was nice hearing a lot of dope tracks that i have never heard before, there was probably only 2 that i knew. I wish he had played "Feline" but i really can't complain about his set.
once he was done, i went to the guvernment til the last track was played. I must say there is nothing like hearing endless classic trance tracks to conclude a great night. It was especially nice hearing "flesh" and "calling your name".
I thought the guv did a great job with this party. I thought it was the perfect amount of people, best vibe i have ever felt there, it wasn't disgustingly hot as usual. And of course they brought us amazing djs for next to nothing$. But next time, i can do without the go-go retards in the hot pink spandex shorts, its just unnecessary to have that as a visual. 9.5/10

This was the best party of the year for me! Simply amazing! WOW! :eyes:
We entered Kool Haus at around 11:30, and then slowly made our way to the Guvernment. Mark Oliver was spinning at the time and what an awesome set did he spin. Some of the tunes included Taucher – Child of the Universe, Aurora – Ordinary World, and other classics. When Oliver played Taucher – Child of the Universe I simply went nuts. The vibe in the place was good at this point.
I went to chill in a small room, while anxiously awaiting Corsten to begin. Because I thought that he will start spinning at 3:30, I ended missing a first few minutes of the Ferry Corsten’s set. His mixing was flawless, and the track selection was perfect. It was exactly what I expected from Corsten. All the tracks where either epic, melodic, or uplifting! :) Exactly what I love listening to. Most of the older tunes that he played were anthems. He didn’t even give his dancers a break! ^_^ I was dancing all night, and he destroyed me completely! I drank around 2L of water and I have not gone to the bathroom even ones! There were some nice props too, like glow stringers, a guy with a sabre, and nude girls. I didn’t pay much attention to the props though because the music was just too amazing, and I was either dancing or being in a state of trance. There was enough room to dance. I was enjoying the music so much that I was thinking to myself that I had died and gone to heaven :). At 7:00am when I though that Corsten was done, after he played System F – Out of the Blue, I went to chill in the small room ones again. But later I found out that it was still Corsten that was spinning then. At 7:20 the bouncers kicked everyone out of the small room, and I decided to head home. As I was leaving I heard the track Ayla (Verachocha’s edit) being played. What an awesome track it is! Corsten made this party memorable for me! The music was simply amazing!
I missed Seaman’s set but from what I hear he was spinning mostly progressive and the people were just chilling and not dancing there.
Overall, I feel that it was the best party of the year for me hands down! It began with a BANG , and ended with an EVEN BIGER BANG. Corsten was simply amazing! His mixing was flawless, and the track selection was exactly what I love to listen to. Too bad that he didn’t play The Truth, and Barber’s Adagio for Strings. He did play punk though :). There was enough room to dance, and the people were kewl.
I’m definitely looking forward to Corsten coming to TO next time. What an amazing party this was. WOW! :eyes: |

I expected so much more from this event, but didn't happen. The whole party lacked energy and enthusiasm. The sets included. I did get some really great pictures, though (or so I hope.. really hope). I hate bouncers. And all the drug abusers.

Yep, they liked it, cuz 90% of them were on drugs and would've liked anything being thrown at them. |
