Yeah, it's crazy how early you have to book now. We actually booked out hotel in the summer and prices THEN were escalating day to day.
edit: so I assume you guys went for VIP too? Nice. |

WTF DEMF is cheap.
Decibel is like $150 for a full pass in the first round and goes up from there as they sell out. |

There is a difference between "inflation" and "jacking up the prices because electronic music is popular right now, lets milk this cow til the udders fall off". And I did say that it was cheaper than other festivals, but that still doesn't justify the increased cost.
I go to nerdy conventions throughout the year. The tickets for those, for a total of 11 days for 3 different conventions, cost less than the 3 day pass for DEMF. |
