That could either be good news - or bad. Lol. |
Nah it'll be fine. I think it was record attendance last year, and everything was still really smooth. |

| If I had money I'd do DEMF. I've wanted to do it for a few years. I'd do it if Idoru does it again, but I don't think he is this year. |

I spent most of my play money for the next 12 months last month for Decibel. s expensive. :p |

I always end up buying my pass late and its $250 for the full 5 days, not including boat parties. Plus there are so many unofficial after hours that you have to pay cover on, plus transportation since its spread out at so many clubs. Jake totally covered transport this year though because I refuse to use Uber, but I bought him drinks and shiz. :p
Also annoyingly it syncs up with my car insurance renewal the next month. Octobers suck! |

I guess us Canadians (well, Ontarians at least) love it so much because it's in driving distance. It's total rape to fly into the US, whereas for you guys flying domestic is relatively cheap, non?
Not having to fly makes this festival beyond affordable. |

Domestic flights can be pretty cheap in the US yea. Hell my brothers company flew him to LA and back on the same day for a 6 hour regional meeting last week.
That being said nothing sucks more than a US domestic flight... Ugh. The last one I took was a 6 hour cross country from JFK to SEA and it was horrible. Luckily it had satellite TV and I watched a Stanford vs. USC game, but after having been on a 15 hour flight before hand... Just so annoying. Americans. We are gross. |

loved everything about the city during that weekend, the actual festival was lackluster though.
met a couple from Germany that came all the way there just for the after parties at a terrance parker show, it was only us three there for basically the entire night. :haha: |

What? How so? I mean I'm not disputing your experience, just interested to know what specifically you found underhwelming about it.
Also, you live in Van? Anything fun happening this weekend? I saw a few things on FB, but wondering if you have any ideas. |
