I still haven't quite gathered what it is that you want from life exactly. What's the change you want to see in the world or the USA, if you're not happy with how it currently is?

You should refer to the other thread.

"Hey man sorry for ruining your thread with my inane babbling"

"Yeah, what the were you even trying to say? That life would be all gravy if you were homeless because you would just deal with it? What kind of point even is that?"

" you!"

Dude, you said I was being immature, naive, irresponsible and stupid all in one post. While at the same time putting a bunch of words in my mouth. I never said it would be all gravy. I know it would suck. I said I'd be ok, as in I'd be alive, and probably not starving.

My whole point this whole thread is that it sucks that homelessness exists and you should be happy someone has a house, no matter how you may judge their character. These idiots wanted a whole life story and I'm the bad guy now.

This is the entire problem - you are assuming good or decent scenarios in a horrifically bad situation. That is why we are all calling you naive, because if you were actually homeless with no safety net or family whatsoever, it's impossible to guarantee or even guess that you would still be "ok" or not hungry. It's not just like you're homeless and you get 3 square meals a day. The failure of you to recognize, or even acknowledge this point that has been bashed over your head has been frustrating.

And saying that I should be happy that my privileged in-laws were gifted a house because there are homeless people out there is a nonsensical Freshman Psychology 101 type of analysis. That's like saying that I should always clear my entire plate of food because there are starving people out there. ing amateur hour over here.

All this bull rationalisation. The bottom line is all you've ever been is a two-bit joe boy and you can't imagine ever enjoying a normal job, so you smoke too much weed and concoct this ideological loop to convince yourself it's some kind of statement. You'll wake up one morning with the cold street slabs piercing through your damp cardboard mattress and as it bites you'll start to cry in despair, and all you'll be at the end of it is another idiot who couldn't wear a tie, have a joke with your workmates and pocket your pay cheque. A ing teenager who never got over it. There ain't a single thought buried in your angry, bitter gibberish I hadn't had by the age of 21. Your pretensions of purism are more nauseating than your visible self-erosion. You won't deal. You can't even deal with a 9-5.

Very well said. Life experience has obviously made you a realist, and you've basically laid out the bitter truth to wotyzoid, which I hope sinks in sooner, rather than later.

wotyzoid - you say you're not at peace with yourself. I'm going to assume that you don't have a serious mental illness. Are you able to relatively cope with daily life? If so, I suggest you heed SYSTEM-J's words and try to make some positive changes while you're still relatively young. Sooner or later you'll realize that life is a fight, and the fulfillment and moments of happiness you speak of will come as a result of your taking responsibility for yourself, rather than giving up or settling for your notions of what life "should" be like, which will likely only result in an abject existence of misery and despair.

I failed to recognize nothing, I just believe I would survive and get through it.

Actually you shouldnt put more on your plate than you're going to eat, dick.

What do you mean by "get through it?" That it would make you less stubborn and more inclined to get a roof over your head?
wotyzoid

you are the only person on the internet who thinks you won that "debate". you got held down and ed. hopefully this experience prepares you for your future homelessness; never mouth off to 3 men who have much bigger cocks than you.

Did wozozozozozozid use to be smarter, or did I just not pay attention to him before?

Kenny's always been someone who dials in his opinions from what his peer group takes as consensus, and then when he runs into people who think differently you can clearly see he's never thought any of it through right to the bottom. His default mode in an argument has always been, "I just don't get why you guys don't agree with me!?"

Something changed about a year or two ago, though. He started getting really angry, stopped even reading threads properly. He'd wade into some discussion swearing and insulting like a drill sergeant, and half of the he would be ranting about wasn't even relevant. Now his incomprehension that people don't agree by default is expressed through semi-coherent rage.

I would bet good money he hasn't posted sober on TA for a long time. The guy can't even read a thread through anymore and grasp it properly.
