I'd love to hear these life lessons you guys talk about that you'd learn from working for other people, doing something you're not interested in. Because to me that is the biggest bull. I just dont understand any of it. The guy doesn't have to pay for a mortgage and that's supposed to be somehow a bad thing in some convoluted way? Like, what the . It could be james, the douchebag, in the flesh, and I'd still be happy for him. What is it about people that some think they deserve a ing roof more than others? Or a nicer roof? What the hell happens? I have to be losing it.
I watched my parents "struggle"my whole life. I'll be ed if I do the same thing. I'll show up dead, naked and bruised in some beach somewhere with some poisonous mushroom in my stomach a la will ashley before that ever happens. |

Come on! You might as well reach the Bering Strait on a bike, get a lift to the other side, go to Vladivostok, and then since you're already there, get to Japan.
Then you get a book deal and all the anime you want. Win-win :D |

| Kenny man, did you even read the posts in this thread? Most of us agree it's an awesome thing to be gifted a house, and that there numerous ways to learn life lessons that don't involve the things you speak of. |

while i've criticised aspects of that political compass site since its inception, one question has stuck with me over the years. it says something like 'making peace with the establishment is an important part of maturity'.
