American cars are , use way to much fuel, the looks are awful
(and I am not even talking about those people with those big ass cars (Ford F-250 or 350 etc.)who don't even need them
In America your car is for status only, your cool when it has an V8 in it |

not too bad, you got the breathing sorted. I hate how restrictive the stock air intake and down pipe is. I mean wtf!
now how about a nice big single turbo :D
HKS T51R is sweeeeeet. Couple that with some strengthened internals and you'll be laughing :D |

ok, dont get me wrong. some jap cars are nice. and i love euro cars (ferrari, lamborghini, porsche, lotus) etc etc. but when it come down to it, nothing really beats a decked out cobra, or a new V-10 8.1 lt. 500 cubic inch, Dodge viper. and it pisses me off, all these little honda's, and rice cars. there all like, oh, i got ground FX, an intake, and a sweet muffler. whoopty fukin doo. slap a 300 HP blower on a saleen and then talk . i duno. im just taking a poll if you will. :D

Hmm, not quite sure what you mean by "nothing really beats" a cobra or viper... in what aspect? I suppose you mean stock 0-60 acceleration for its price? I don't think many people use that as their gauge for a good car. Don't get me wrong, I'm from Detroit, and American car companies employ most of my friends' parents, but I've seen too many Pontiacs break down in the middle of the freeway to consider them decent cars...
Check out this link, it's sweet :-)

| the only reason jap cars are only 50% or something near that of all cars bought are because 40+ people americans still have that "buy american and support america" thing, guess what, all those cars are made in america |

well, it all depends what you're into. If we are talking all cars along the same price... for cheap, pure speed with tons of torque for drag races, american is definietely the way to go. its like comparing a 50cc bike to a 1000cc, imports stand no chance. However if we are talking a road course, then definetely a european or japanese car will take the cake. Import handling has always been known to be better than domestic. If we are talking about luxury, i would go with european. But as far as reliability issues, i would go with honda :)
I personally drive a 1994 mustang GT with a 351W motor, vortech supercharged :) Dont get me wrong, I love american cars and I love spanking every import i come across, however, there are many imports id rather drive than this unreliable, gas sucking son of a bitch.
its all about personal preference. |

| To each his own...BUT...imports rock. 333Hp from a NA 6cylinder (m3) compared to americans which produce 400 from 8's and 10's...pssst |

i think before u drop the turbo in u do fuel mgmt so when u add the turbo the a/f ratio is easily adjusted. skyline is a really nice care...r33?34? right side drive?? i like right side drive better but have yet to drive one...i think the right hand is a stronger arm to control and left is easier to shift with but then again thats personal choice.
me im goin with the wrc people. sticking to my 04 wrx sti love the dccd but the evo pushing out stiff comp. still love suby after all u kno what it means - subaru - u rab us (you rob us) =) |
