ffs we all know that you hate armin dude, cos you say it in every single thread........
Enough is enough. |
no kidding.
If Sandstorm put half as much effort into being positive about DJs he does like, instead of trying to diss armin in EVERY post people might stop thinking he's a total chode |

May I ask with what? You gonna replace them with ASOT fluff crap which all sounds the same, apart from one song in a million, and then let Oakey become Oaken Burren? |

| i just got done seeing him 4 hours ago at summerfest and he was into it. i cant say i have seen him back in the day, but even for the moderately small crowd that we had in milwaukee, his set was still solid and a lot of fun. Everyone there was lovin' it and in the end of it all, all that really matters is how the people react. If the people dont like it, obviously you arent going anywhere. So yeah... i also would love to see him at the top again. |

Remember this man found salt'n'pepa and other groups then pushed ibiza then at the forefront of acid house then at the forefront of trance, goa trance then trance again (94-2000 he was legendary....that better than ferry and armin (who went lame after a year and tiesto who did a yr or two. None of them will ever touch Oakenfold's legacy or ever measure up to it. Hate oakenfold if you want but the man has done it all and he is one of the reasons that the scene is what it is today. This man pushed it when no one gave a about trance and he had the legendary 1997-2000, in which no deejay could touch him and because of that, he will remain a legend, no matter what he does in the future. Oakenfold was U2 tour deejay in 1993 as well, so the man was always pushing stuff on the masses and I'm certain that we have not heard the last of Paul Oakenfold and I'm sure he will probably go back to his greatness at one point. I expect old trance sets at clubs at some point, I'd pay anything to see that...Oakenfold playing the classics. I cannot stand Oakenfold's new style but it is always a king in my book. |

I was gonna argue with you about this, but you backed up your statement with so many facts and so much rationality that I'm not even going to try. |
