I think Caribana weekend is good. By the end of it, on average, we have 5 dead and 5 in jail. That's 10 less irascible "gangstas" in the world.

| Im gonna take my chances tonite,last year someone got shot and all I saw was a crowd around the guy. It was like something outta GTA vice city it was nuts. I dont have a problem with this annual event, but bringing guns and fighting defeats the purpose. Im expecting to see the same non-sense tonite before I go to Boa |

Besides, the food suks, the music stinks, the BO is even worse and the women....well I think the best word to describe some of them is..........skanks....especially the ones on the floats
And I'm ok to let them do their own thing so long as I stay away but it seems every year they keep extending their routes and it keeps encrouching to my residential area...and that just bites big time |

| i think theres way too much generalization goin on here, we live in a multicultural city...we should show a lil more tolerance..if its not ur thing, then dont go to it, i dont see how it effect the underground clubbin scene anyway..i had more trouble getting to system on friday coz of that stupid soccer game |

when I got off work tonite,I was amazed.there was cops at like every meter of the streets :eyespop: :eek: :eyes: it was unreal,I swear I've never seen soo much cops in my life.So my respect goes to the police force for doing a great job,they seems very organized and ready to face the worst case scenerio. I dont think anyone had the balls to pullout a gun tonite,because they knew that they could get ed from 50 cops!! :D
ps. I still have one more night of Caribana to go tho :whip: :( |
