Did she scrub the floors, do your laundry, press your shirts, and cook breakfast in the morning as well ? |
I can't imagine wanting that. |

Chances are she would have went home with you even if you had have kept buying her beer. She didn't go home with you because you asked her to buy a round, I am 99% sure it was for another reason.
So basically guys, don't listen to this advice. And girls, buy boys drinks !! |

I have just realized what I missed out on this interesting thread
yeah I would offer to pay all the time not expecting her to pay it next time. it would be more meaningful if she came over and offered to cook me dinner. like come on not everything is about money. we create the sterotyping we put ourselves in situaitons like that. it's each of their own in their relationship and their own value
personally expensive gifts or watever comes along doesn't equal to someone special going out of their way to make sumthing just for me instead of going to grab sumthing super expensive in a store that I will never use |

I think I main point of this thread is not about money, but about the principle of buying dinner. Thats what I get from it anyway. |

It wasn't advice, it was moreso that when she sucked up and went against her own rules, she still couldn't resist the cock. |

My boyfriend pays for everything, and I mean everything!! He won't even let me pay for starbucks! Every dinner, movie, everything. I offer to pay, he won't let me at all. To be honest, its turning me into a monster. |
hmmmmmmmmm...and THAT'S healthy/ balanced?

this is reverse discrimination/ humiliation/ willful subordination!
i'm surprised & shocked you would accept this! |

Wasn't the advice to "stick to your guns"?
I make up my mind whether or not I am going to a guy during the dates and time we have spent together. Whether or not they pay for dinner is not a factor. |

accept what? doing something nice for him that she doesn't mind doing? what's going through your mind probably isn't what's going through her mind. |

| I love paying for dinners, hotels, or even simple little gifts for my boyfriend. Now don't get me wrong my boyfriend pays for his fair share and then some, but I definitely do not think that the guy should be stuck with every bill. I surprise my boyfriend with little gifts and he'll do the same for me. That is the absolute best. We also go out for a lot of "spur of the moment" dinners, and it's kind of like a pattern, I'll pay for one, then he'll pay for the next, it works our perfect. I think that all relationships should be like this, (not saying that our relationship is the absolute perfect one AT ALL) but I just think that the girl should definitely pay for her share. Really when you think about, that's only fair, isn't it???? |

ok so u meet this guy off the streets and he seems nice and he asks for ur number..he calls u up and asks to go for a date..u accept and u go to a nice restaurant or even a movie...time to pay comes and he tucks his head in between his legs and looks the other way..whast ur first impression????
okay lets say ur first impression is "damn hes a lil strap for cash i dont mind". so u pay and u continue on ur date all happy and merry..he calls u up a second time, and asks u on a date. u guys go out to a nice restaurant and the bill comes once again he turns his head and looks the othje other way so ur stuck with the bill again..whats ur impression this time?? ill tell u mine if i was a chick..id be like "ok first time fine, but if this mother****** is strapped for cash why's he always asking me to go to restaurants and movies when he doesnt have any cash to pay for himself? him hes a leech"
and im sure most women would think the same...
but ok u let it slip the second time thinking ah we live in hard knock society not everyone can have money when they feel...so he calls u up the next day u start chit chatting and u find out hes not a student and he doesnt work..his future plans are zilch...but hes a nice guy right? are you still gonna sleep with him? even tho hes a nice guy? man no offense but if u answer yes ur one of those naive chix that fall in love with loser idiots and end up having 6 kids and live on welfare...all because he was a nice guy and a lil bit strapped for cash |
