They did. And the pilot (Hani Hanjour) who allegedly flew into the Pentagon was so horrible at flying a single engined Cessna that his flight instructor refused to go up with him - but yet he somehow managed a feat of aviation that professional pilots said that they'd have a hard time pulling off - IN A LARGE COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT (via the government's official conspiracy theory) ;)

Yeah--he crashed it. Woah! Hard to believe a ty pilot could crash a plane!:wtf:

Because apparently the REAL pilots that were there before were abducted by aliens before the plane was hijacked?? :wtf:

Here's the Pentagon from about 10,000 feet. It's the biggest building in D.C. for chrissakes. Looks like a pretty huge target to me.

For comparison, here's Turner Field (the baseball stadium here in Atlanta) from about the same altitude. The Pentagon dwarfs it in size. I don't see why hitting a building several times the size of a professional sports arena is suddenly some ridiculously impossible task!?

Honestly, I wish I could give a difinitive answer.

Perhaps they wanted to test their new bunkerbuster equipped Global Hawk on the portion of the Pentagon that they had just reinforced in order to withstand such an attack? That's just a semi-educated guess.

oh, because the pentagon building is the only building with which to test weapons? come on. answer the question honestly. or explain how the missile smashed through walls horizontally, when it is specifically made to dig down?

But yes, I was wholly serious when I said that that section had just been reinforced and an aluminum fuselage penetrated it quite easily.

I mean, what did they reinforce it with for it to be penetrated so easily, balsa wood? I kind of doubt it.

unless you are an expert in plane crashes i dont see how you can be so sure of anything like that. when was the last time you investigated a plane hitting a building like this?

and im still waiting for any of you to explain what happened to the ing plane come on kids. you must have something! :haha:
