Huh??? who ridles those neighborhoods with American bought bullets?? Who demolishes thousands of homes with American supplied tanks and bulldozers??? Who bombs corwded neighborhoods with F-16 jets provided by the US??? Its certainly not the palestinians directly destorying their society. |

Oh please, as if Israel has ever targeted a school. The Israeli government has actually arrested a few Israeli extremists who tried to blow up Palestinian schools.
If you ask me, they SHOULD tank the schools; they're some of the worst breeding grounds of hate in Palestine. Instead of learning how to add 2 and 2 they learn how to make molotovs, they learn the glory of martyrdom, and they learn not to recognize the existence of the state of Israel. |

Those demolished homes are the homes of "martyrs", who are already responsible for killing many innocent Israelis. Perhaps if the PLO wasn't so keen on paying $10,000 to the families of those suicide bombers, the Israeli military wouldn't see fit to put such a deterrent in place.
As for bombing crowded neighbourhoods, it simply doesn't happen. And as for riddling neighbourhoods with bullets, that's AFTER they get molotovs thrown at them.
Plus, there have been numerous incidences of Palestinians killing each other - that alone is responsible for a sizable chunk (I believe a couple of hundred) of the death toll there. |

Actually most of the bullets and now weapons are Israeli made, tanks and bulldozers supplied by US? Ummmm no...Israel has it's own Merkava tank which is probabbly even better than the Abrams tank...and F16 don't bomb neighbourhoods, those are precision attacks by helicopters... |

Actually I have to agree...when I tell people that I'm from Israel they always ask me about it...and I tell them exactly what Infected Mushroom said...
What you see on TV is this one little piece of land (in the territories) from different angles, what they show on Western media is a great exageration of the reality there |

Back to this - this point might be more logical if that HATRED, IRRATIONALITY, AND MURDER hadn't been around since long before the "harsh conditions, occupation, and suffering".
How does it make sense to blame pre-existing problems on a 3rd party that didn't even come into the picture until years later?
Perhaps some of you are familiar with event called Krystalnacht, which occurred around WWII and involved mass rioting resulting in the destruction of the homes and property of hundreds of Jews. Well something happened in the middle east on that same night - but it wasn't just the destruction of property, the Jews in the middle east were actually KILLED. Hundreds of them.
Oh but I guess that was because of Israeli occupation? Even though the occupation didn't happen until 1967? |

and yes.. they have targetted schools... and several children have even been shot inside their class rooms. Go read some articles on the zionist murder of these people.

WHY ARE THEY LEARNING IT??? What is nurturing this hate? Doyou think palesitnians are naturally and inevitably evil? Why should they sympathize with israel when their uncle, cousin, or brother have been killed by those IDF soldiers??? Im sure you would be skipping and singing and laughing in your uprooted olive orchard that your family tended for generations. Get real man.. you just look at things in black and white.

By the way...I've just realized another thing that i've never mentioned...and the way you make it sounds is all wrong.
The IDF (Israeli Defence Forces) never actually go in and occupy the Palestinian territories...they usually go in, perform some operations and come out....go in, and come out...there is never an actual siege or occupation - that happends only rarely when a MAJOR terror attack takes place. The norm is that once in a while they'll go into a certain neighbourhood, arrest a bunch of militants and come out - all this takes place a few hours...
Meanwhile you make it sound as if they are sitting there on their heads bombing and killing everyone non stop...According to your statments they should have been present when Arafats body arrived back in Ramallah but as you clearly saw there were no Israeli forces anywhere in sight, cause they aren't usually there... |

no but i did live there during the first years of the intefadah and i do have enough friends there left that i still talk to and i read news from israel everyday so yeah i know whats happening. |

If they targeted schools is because some great militants used that school to launch attacks - and then when attack them in the school they use the media to manipulate it to their advantage which is where you fell into the trap "oh look what they are doing to our children" :rolleyes: |
