Central PVP - Stormreaver as Alliance dwarf warrior, but they are all so heavily populated right now, im gonna make a second horde char on an east server pvp server, gonna try horde troll shaman.

Then I'm assuming you can't move them to a RP server either?
btw what's RP like? Is it just like Normal, except with strict naming conventions, etc? |

RP is for Roleplaying, IE those people who like to actually talk and act like the characters they are playing. Orcs would talk like "Wez Hates Them Humies" or something like that.
And it's really not dumb, no MMORPG has ever allowed characters to be used freely between different servers for many reasons, the main reason being that the economy on every server evolves differently. Thus, lets just say 2 years from now one server could vary greatly from another in prices of items, so you could buy a weapons for 5 gold on one server, log on another server and sell it for 10.
Obviously you could see how this would be unbalancing. In these first few weeks the servers will be practically identical, but in the long run each server will develop it's own system based on economic principles like supply vs. demand. |

You can but it isn't the same, the way I understand it you have to challenge them to a duel to fight them, I'm not really sure.
On PvP servers you can freely attack members of the opposing faction whenever you see them pretty much. |

ok so lemme get this straight
In Normal:
- I can only challenge to a duel, not outright attack, including the opposite faction or whatever (so if I was human, I couldn't outright attack an orc if I saw one, but still challenge him to a duel?)
In PVP:
- I can outright attack anyone, including my own race?
In RP:
- Identical to Normal + roleplaying? Or is it identical to PVP + roleplaying? |
