you'll probably have 18+ days before it's all said and done. And than there is still so much to do, get in a good guild and raid, get some insane epic items etc. And if you really are addicted to the leveling. Make a new guy :). But you'll have a lvl 60 to twink him out so you should be able to lvl a bit faster in the low lvl's. |

I heard some (quite) unsubstantiated rumours around Booty Bay today that Blizz is planning on raising the lvl cap sometime soon. I'm too lazy to check any other website at 4:00 am, so does anybody else know anything about this? |

I troll the WoW forums quite a bit, and blizzard hasn't said anything about anything in terms of further character enhancement. I would really like to see them do something along the lines of EQ's AA system before raising the lvl cap. We need something like an AA system with a ton of abilities to make an XP sink. Otherwise if they keep increasing the cap by 5 or 10 levels every couple of months in a year we will have characters that are near lvl 100, and I just don't like games where the lvl's get too crazy. Someone told me max lvl in AC now is like 345 :eyespop: :eyespop:
That's absurd. I'm all for an xp sink though just to keep people xp'ing. Perhaps raise the cap to 70 but make lvls 60-70 insanely difficult? |

those words are interchangeable in an MMO :)
But IMO, some timesinks are good, because it allows those who truly want to put the effort in to shine. |

Load your wow screenshots from the game directory into Photoshop and save them as jpg, than you can upload them wherever. |

I am yet to buy the game cause the hd on my home cpu crapped out on me last week but as soon as its fixed its a done deal..I
I think my biggest hype is for the fact that you have the freedom to virtually travelling EVERYWHERE in this virtual world..
i have two quick questions about the game:
- how wide is the map ? lets say how much real time would it take to travel across it diagonnaly from on extreme to the other??
-can you really go everywhere right from the start? except hostile cities of course.. |

The map is pretty huge there are two continents and to run across a whole content from end to end would probly take upwards of an hour each, but you can get flight patterns so you can travel between cities you've already visited.
And technically you could go anywhere from the start, but the problem is making it out there. There will be higher level mobs the further you get out from the cities. |
