The Dream Hotel is an AMAZING, GORGEOUS place to stay AND has a great rooftop bar/patio called the Ava Lounge.

http://www.dreamny.com/

Some of the rooms are completely in dream-like night time decor, and the lounge has panoramic views of Times Square, the Hudson River, and Columbus Circle. (plus for shoppers, its a block or two from madison and 5th and all that jazz).

I would def try that place to stay, but if not to stay, at least go to the Ava lounge on the top floor for drinks. :) :)

I could tell you how to say it in my language,in the Serbian-Croatian language they're referred to as "Peder" (pronounced peh-dare in an American accent). I don't know how to say it in Albanian, I only know a few words in that language and they're all offensive.

Does the subway run 24/7 or how does it run?
Scorpion4231
me and some of my friends are coming for PVD in august does any one know any info on the 2 day show?

Scropion: most trains run 24/7, although some of the express trains run local in the middle of the night. From what I know all manhattan trains run 24/7 (unless of course there is construction, which they mostly do on weekends to avoid the rush). I dont know about the boroughs since I dont go there really.
Moral of the story: the trains run SUPER slow on the weekends, because they are all local and run way less than weeday rush, but they are still there for our conveniences.

pvd: all you need to know is the 17th and 18th of august and that thrillseekers is playing the afterparty.

I'm going to be up around NYC from July 27th-31st, is there anything (besides the obvious) that I should go and see?

Hey we're visiting from Florida in early September and we're gonna hit up Pacha and Crobar, but we don't really know what the dresscode is like up there. Here in Orlando its hard to say there even is a dresscode. Everyone goes out in flip flops! LOL So can anyone give us a heads up of what the dress codes gonna be like?

Crobar is closed.

Pacha depends on the night...let us know what events...but Flip Flops will be a no go in any of the "mega" clubs up here. But for a guy button down shirt and nice shoes as for the chicks you know the deal as long as its hot and sexy its okay, sneakers are okay as well.

I wear flip flops all the time mere ;) You better be a girl tho with a decent outift accompanying it.
