Im laughing at multiple things...the fact they note they have permits (meaning at one time they didn't?).

Doing a road trip to New Orleans with my best friend for Mardi Gras this Feb. Leaving New Orleans On Wednesday Feb 06/08. Looking for a party for the Fri Feb 08/08 any where on our Road trip back home to Toronto. Any suggestions?????
