or a watch. its becomming quite popular that if the guy asks, the girl will later buy him a nice piece of jewellry equal to that of the ring. see times are a-changing |
That sounds nice. Not necessary, but totally appreciated and fair considering the damage dropped on a ring! Id really luv a solid quality watch. |

| Id be happier with using the money for both on something more lasting like a special vacation or a college fund for any possible future kids |

if the women is going to bear your children, don't you think she deserves special treatment? she should be pampered, IMO
men and women are inherently different, so you can't expect everything in the relationship to be the same, like paying for dates |

pregnancy isnt a disease you know....
And she will get just as much out of having kids as a man would...
Along the lines of your thinking i will respond with "if shes lucky enough to be chosen to have my kids shouldnt i be respected?"
Of course i dont actually think that way but im trying to put it in a way you might understand. |

What do you think the rules of going out with the wife are?
Who should pay then?
Who gets the choice of where to go?
....does get a little more complicated, don't it.;) |
