ended at 7:50. i'm a believer in armin again. his live sets are just totally different from his ASOT. lots of energy, nothing really fluffy tonight. hearing mindcircus in the encore was mindblowing.
jason jollins, sean cusick, armin, armin/remy, armin was the order of DJs. shame on you guys for badmouthing cusick. i don't think jollins/cusick were expecting to stay behind the decks that long, if at all. they had to make do on short notice. i thought cusick did all right, got progressively better as he went along, and kept people dancing.
armin started at 3:45, due to unforeseeable delays. as erin put it, armin's flight to ny from amsterdam via DC was canceled, so he, remy, and two guys from glow drove up to NY, hence armin being so late. or something like that.
got to meet doombot and sveta finally. good seeing yannick and serge out, because i haven't seen them much recently. liz, erin, and ryan, good to see you guys making the trip up! the usual asian mafia was there, although they seemed to disappear on me. pics will be up today |

| This was a very odd night to say the least. But Armin threw down like he always does, he never dissapoints me. Got to talk to Remy for a bit since he wasn't spinning, he's a cool guy. The tag team at the end was a nice addition. His encores usually bore me but he had about 5 good one's tonight haha. Good seeing everybody out as usual. Tyas we will RIP IT at Ferry next Thur also:disbelief |

| wowowow thats wierd, me and Yannick image-searched "DJ Remy" on his Sidekick just to see if he looked like the dude that was spinning (Cusick), and we both came up with the idea that it did haha wow i must have been bugging lol i, for one, think Cusick (never heard of the dude) did a great job especially as he progressed into his set, mixing was fine, track selection was fine... i never heard of him in my life, im surprised they would get him... but i wasnt dissapointed at all, he was very good :) and vakman, sorry to hear bout ur friend... when that whole was going on, i got PUMMELED by these huge Asian guys fighting and kicking each other it was riidculous and happened so fast, i thought for a second i was gunna get punched or kicked or something, i ran like a bitch lol... well sorry to hear about ur friend, hope he gets better, that sucks, how music so beautiful can yield something so stupid and ugly, and then people wonder why mayors and governors and presidents look down on the clubs, not just for drugs.... whatever, hope he gets better, because it could have been me with that stab wound and being in St Vincent' :( |

SICK NIGHT!!! got there at around 11:45 and found out what happened and thought the night was gonna suck but i was wrong. the night was amazing because armin ing ripped it from beginning to end :crazy: :crazy: . when i got in i saw the group of ta's so i said wasup to everybody i could, if i didnt u probably saw me anyway i was wearing a white Ultra 7 shirt... Jason Jollins was pretty good but cusick killed everything for the next 2 1/2 hours, absolutely horrible. if armin didnt come on by 4 i would have left cause it would have been a waste of a night but he finally showed up at 3:45! anyway as you all know he ripped it with such amazing tracks and amazing flow

anyway i was up front on the right of the stage and i was chillin with Elipse pretty much the whole time. armin and remy were being mad cool about signing everything that ppl threw their way, and i even got to take a picture with Remy at the end of the night which i will post later when i get home along with the rest of my pictures
well i left @ 7:15 cause his set kinda died down and sounded the same to me, and now im at work from 9-6 :whip:
but overall an amazing night and i can't wait til he comes back around

ahh just got back, Armin was awesome and just didn't stop, which was nice of him and spirit for letting him even tho they seemed to be getting pissed. I was right in front and chilled with Nils, most of the time, I had soo much room to dance. also met a lot of ta's which was kewl. I was the one with the silver shirt dancing and yelling like a nut;) .. time for sleep.
btw the first dj was horrrrrrrrrrrrible , absolutely no flow:whip: |

| what were the songs after "silence" (Blank&Jones) and "around you" (Motorcycle), i remember there were AMAZING songs after those two tracks that i couldnt ID for , they were incredible.. |

yea bro we were going nutz all nite it was sick!!! i can't wait to download the set... BTW as soon as i was leavin i went to talk to remy on the left side of the stage, i should have called u over... sorry
too bad he didn't get to spin, i was looking forward to seein him open for armin :( |

I think I'm falling in love with Armin van Buuren. (Oh no, the DJ groupie in me is coming out full throttle) :)
Been listening to his A State of Trance CDs alot lately. Very pure, focused, intelligent and celestial vibes, if you must know how I feel about Armin's music these days. Armin = the modern day Mozart? :thepirate

Just wanna say I had a wonderful time, all in all. First off, sorry Summit and Illusion about me and my friends hanging around at Brite later then we expected. Of course as soon as we got into the club, our friend showed up at Brite. :p But was great seeing everyone else as well. I met SO many of you I forget some of your handles. So I am not going to just list those I remembered to not leave anyone out. ;)
I wasn't too into the 1st dj spinning but the second one played some nasty tunes. Was very impressed and thought he did a good job considering the circumstances he was under... Armin being late, that is. But when Armin came on the crowd went insane and he just lit it up from there! I had a blast and was happy to see that the rest of you did as well. Again, nice meeting all that I did and I cant wait to do it again!
PS: Liz, fun is over! Now get crackin on them Math books! :whip:
