I can't beleive I wasted $25 at the door instead of just going to Crobar to begin with. We got there early and waited in line for a good 40 minutes. Talked to Erin while in line and heard that Armin and Remy were stuck in DC and they were getting a ride up to NYC so right then I knew it was going to be a scewball night. Jason Jollins did a good job opening up on such a short notice. The I guess it was Sean Crusick that came on after Jason. All I have to say about this is I took a earlier in the day and it sounded better than his set......talk about death on the ears. Not to mention this was the worst ing crowd I have ever seen out in NYC. Guido Jersey boys and their skanky ass bitches to go along with it and of course the hair wipping cracked out asians did me in....I couln't take that place anymore. So I left around 2:30 and headed over to Crobar and had the time of my life. It was nice seeing the usual suspects for the short period of time I was there. I said it before and Ill say it again........18 and up partys ing blow in NYC.;)

Yeah man, the crowd did seriously suck for awhile. I couldn't tell what was worse, Cusicks sporadic track selection or the s that were surrounding me at every waking glance.

Around 4:30 the crowd really started to clean up, though and it turned out to be a really good night (in my opinion).

OMG. This is my turn.
Last week was just a disaster in the office and i was so tired after all that i decided to skip Armin's gig @ Spirit. I thought to myself that i wasn't missing anything because i just experienced one of the best weekends with Armin in Las Vegas.
10.00 pm i got a phone call from Big Mike. He called to say that he has passed my building heading to Spirit. I told him that I wasn't planning anything for this weekend and all i wanted was "peace and calm". I was lying in my comfy bed reading my fave "The Curcular Ruins". Nothing could destroy it.

But an hour later i found myself pulling up my pants and leaving my house.:D

I got to Spirit at midnight. Right in line i met EnigmaT and some visitors from Washington DC. It was a real pleasure to chat with you guys. Yes, everything that you have heard about me is the truth - I'm a dutch addicted.. ..hmmm i wanted to say a Dutch djs addicted LOL.

I'm a trance chick.... TRANCE!!!! so... first 3 3/4 hours were horrible for me. I was trying to fall asleep on the speaker but it was too loud despite presence of my earplugs.
As everybody knows Armin got delayed at the airport in DC and then his flight was cxled so he had to drive to NYC. But not that many people know that Armin had to leave almost all his records in DC and arrived to NYC with a small case of CDs and... HE BURNT THE HOUSE!!!! He was magical!!!!
Yes, I was helping him with getting signed as many things as possible and it wasn't only NYC thing, I did the same in Vegas and in DC last april. Armin is one of a few Djs who puts fans requests before his own comfort. He likes to please the public because WE LOVE HIM.
Pity i didn't have a chance to hear DJ Remi but..... i got to hear him the next day at Fur in DC.

How did it happen? I was staying till 8 am when everybody got packed and ready to leave and Armin asked me if i was going to see him at Fur a few hours later. hahahah I thought it was a joke but he was serious. I said "No", but..... Big Mike was standing by my side and he pronounced "Well, we can drive later tonight."

ok, read my party report from Fur on different thread.

Well, it was soo nice to meet such a huge TA community at one venue!!!!! :) I love you all!!!! There were a lot of unfamiliar faces that came to me and told me that they knew me but i couldn't ID the names. I apologize for that and ask you to PM me so i won't feel so bad when i meet you again.

Yan - thanks for nice words about me but... I'm NOT RUSSIAN. I"M NOT. PLS......LOL I'm Russian speaking but also French speaking and Dutch speaking in training.... But I'm from BELARUS.

Pic from Spirit (sorry some of the pic were taken with a different camera because somebody decided to make my camera a beer bath and it's a piece of garbage now :( )

So wait you lost it or it's just wet with beer? If you still have it I wouldn't try to turn it on at all. Just let it sit for a week or so untill it's completely dry. The worst thing you can do to electronics after they get wet is to turn them on....your only going to fry it.;)

WHOOPS! My bad.

You told me that AT Spirit, too. Wonder why I didn't remember this.

Well... technically speaking, your country of origin WAS part of Russia before 1918. :p But yeah. I won't make that mistake again.
