Anyway, I tried to read all of this and I have so many things to say and respond to some comments made....
But I won't! I think everything that could be said has been said in one way or another. This is turning into a war, and we know we don't need anymore wars. So everyone STFU, roll up a blunt, bring out the peace pipe, smoke it, and be happy you are alive and well! :)
It's a tragedy with what happen with the hurricane. My heart goes out to all those affected. :( |

Obviously you all care enough to get somthing done. It would be a shame to waste this emotion on simply hating each other....thats what hip-hop is for (seriously).
I and my colleagues have tried (see dance4relief.org) to extract the goodness out of what I believe to be a loving people, the supporters of electronica. Dont make a fool out of me, please.
However, it cant be more obvious that many here do not recognize the magnitude of what has happened. If that were the case, this argument would be put into perspective as a trifle.

i finally got to read the 2363645 pages this thread has turned into since i posted yesterday, and left for gainesville...jees i must say there is a SLEW of undereducated people on this forum rendering it useless to really continue a logical discussion...but for the few in here that I have read with rational thought the problem is not that bush made any of this happen but that the response for the federal government, the government that heads up the richest country on the earth was slow as on doing anything about this...i mean come on there r ing peeps getting raped in murdered in the streets of N.O....this is focking america for christ sake its not adding upp right...and with michael moore, noone is supposed to love him, hes not out for that...in fact he would rather u hate him, and TAKE WHAT HE SAYS INTO ACCOUNT, and just think about it,,,all of it doesent have to be accurate for just a part of it to make sense...like i said before it must incite some thought within ur mind otherwise we will continue on this detrimental path that started in 2000 with that one election that demanded a recount..lol...and ffs i cant believe how many bush lovers are on this forum,i know its not the majority but a couple of u defendign bush is obsurd...do u know that him and his homo party want to eliminate the things we do..i.e...get totally ed up and listen to fast repetitive electronic music in dark rooms all nigth/ morning/afternoon long, and many other things that we should be able to do as FREE americans....well i do and that is bull, hence why the conservative agenda and all the bull that comes with it...for now i gotta go its time to start tailgaiting fot he GATOR game that starts here at 6...

I agree with Rzo...there are so many misinformed people it's amazing. I can't even believe we have TA Bush supporters. I really thought for the most part the people from TA were anti-Bush.
I never understood why people support a president who doesn't give a rats about his people. But hey to each his own.
The thing I said about global warming had more to do with the intensity of the latest hurricanes, and it is an issue. I am well aware it's a GLOBAL issue but there can be things done in the US to help. But I agree, it cannot only be from the US.
I remain a non Bush supporter. He's done absolutely nothing good for this country but sink it into the ground. As for the "help" he's given his very own CITIZENS, it was mediocre. He should have been there days ago...NOT send in convoy's 4 days later.
There is NO excuse for that. SIMPLE.
I never said Michael Moore was at all right...BUT he does make good points regardless of disliking the "fat ." It doesn't have anything to do with 9-11 it has to do with calling out recent events.
And if you really want to go there...Michael Moore isn't the only one speaking up of the lack of Bush's aid...there are MANY people doing it. |
