Photographer insight:
Its a good pose, like an Abercrombie ad, but the pole going through his left arm needs to go. I would have shot it from lower to give him a more powerfull presence in the shot and make him look taller. I would have used a sun sync flash to add light to his front, but I would have put it to his right, to light up the right side of his face, and I would have stopped the flash down -1.0 stops so it wasnt over-powering. |

actually i wasn't really trying to make it look all professional...he was just hanging around on the monkey bars while i was taking pictures of stuff around him..then i looked up at him and he was making that face and i was like, "OOH! baby, don't move" *click*
i really want to test my photography skills this weekend though and try to take some professional shots of him. he could definitely model. i'd like to make him a portfolio...we have a sick ass print lab at my school. i could print them all out on glossy paper...it's going to be a fun project! |

Do you have a second flash? They are the best. Move it around...use it off camera. Its alot of fun. |
