yeah i think its unfair to just forget the team and dont talk about it anymore...
the game was nice...lots of action...lots of missed chances in the 3rd period...and its sad it ends that way...we deserved a game 7...
but thats the way it is...
im still happy about the season we had....and its the reason I wanted fast to reopen the thread...
would be nice to put the season in perspective and just talk about it...for sure the thread is gonna die by himself...but its gonna come back next year...just like everyone of us!!
I personaly think we have a better team than the one we started with...
offseason is gonna bring some changes too....
im already looking foward to next season
AND I ING HOPE CAROLINA IS GOING TO LOOSE IN THE NEXT ROUND !!!!!
p.s. shame on ribeiro and bulis....they are the reason why kovalev didnt play like he could... |

FUuuuuuuuuuuuuckin Habs.
Garbage...They can't finish a godamn play for ! Really, in this game they just clearly looked far less skilled than Carolina. They couldn't hit passes, barely hit the net...could barely get enough room for a shot!
I just hope now with the money we have from getting rid of Theo the Habs can go into free agency and sign a quality forward that can actually score more than 30 goals and show all these youngsters how it's done! |

by the way...
1-2-3-4 places made it to next round....I guess its quite fair... |

Buffalo for the win!
These guys are seriously whack. Pity about Montreal, poor Huet was crying. :(
We lost it all when Koivu went down. There's always next season. :) |

tough way to loose.....well...now Montreal can join Toronto on the Golf Course.

It looked like Montreal lost the wind in their sails when Koivu went down. What a terrible way to loose your Captain though....just a freak stick incident. |

| Yeah it really is amazing how futile Higgins and Ryder were without Koivu. They lost all their confidence, quickness, everything. I guess he really sets the pace for them. |

the problem is there are TOO MANY stick incidents nowadays.. keep your ing sticks on the ice damnit!
or away from the puck when your goalie has a view of the puck and can actually stop the shot.. sorry guys, I had to say it :)
That is my only dig.. I promise cuz I feel your pain.. I got to feel it last night :( |

| The stick work has to go....I know from first hand experience what its like. I almost lost my eye because of a guy falling and his stick came up and got under my visor. |
