depends what country its in. I just back from a seminar where we discused way to get children to repsect and pay attention to you in a foreign setting... surprisingly most western countries don't like you hurting thier kids... but it's hard to prove if there are no marks. ;)
personally if the kids aren't yours,legally speaking, I'd say to leave the joint lock shindig for lesser developed regions of the world where they still embrace corproal punishment. |

yeah it is disturbing that they would still try to prosecute you even if they have no marks on the kid as evidence... oh well what can you do. :conf:
It would be much better if the parents left us alone when they realized they have no case since there is no real damage being done. ;) |
