Before you go to bed, stick to herbal, caffeine-free teas. They are very relaxing, and won't keep you up all night! |
what do you recommend?
i hate herbal teas. Do you drink them black?
but but i love my black tea. |

Bitch. My names can be as follows: Katherine, Kasia, Katie, Kate, Katty (though I hate being called that), or Katster. SO STFU!
And yes, tea does effect you. Lots of teas have caffeine, unless otherwise stated on the box/canister. Actually, 2 cups of tea = the same amount of caffeine as 1 cup of coffee. |
Hahahah. Kasia (pronounced 'kasha') means "porridge" in Russian. Guess what I'm calling you from now, Kasia? |

Hahaha Katherine is my "real" name....
I am looking at my current tea collection and here is what I have:
Tetley orange pekoe (can't go wrong with that kind)
rooibos herbal (caff. free)
chai
Earl Grey black
Earl Grey vanilla
decaf. green
peppermint herbal
apple mango herbal
blackcurrant herbal
summer berry herbal
cranberry herbal
chamomile herbal
sleepytime herbal (STRONGLY recommended if you are trying to drink something that will relax you)
bojenmi (stuff from china)
shinja (Japanese tea)
As for drinking tea black, I usually add a bit of milk to mine, but it is a personal preference. I love peppermint tea without milk though. |
