btw, does tea effect you? I never really believe that tea had caffiene [me thinking i was a total coffee snob]. So last night I had two cups of tea. Lady Grey black with sugar, then earl grey plus irish breakfast.
I couldn't sleep! I really had trouble sleeping last night, and i'm sure this was the reason why.
What do you think?

Yeah it does: 2 cups of tea has roughly the same caffeine amount as a cup of coffee: http://www.stashtea.com/caffeine.htm
The weird thing is, I was just talking about this exact same thing with my coworker on Friday. Before friday, I didn't know either. |

And yes, tea does effect you. Lots of teas have caffeine, unless otherwise stated on the box/canister. Actually, 2 cups of tea = the same amount of caffeine as 1 cup of coffee. |
