this is probably the dumbest question.
How the hell do I get from amsterdam to this festival? I am sure I can find a train from Amsterdam to Antwerp, but what do I do at the Antwerp Station? take a taxi? tram? underground?

You can take the train to "Boom". And maybe there's a bus or shuttle to the festivalsite. |

From the official site:
Bus 50, Antwerpen-boom-mechelen, bus stop at the entrance.
BTW, you are aware the festival stops at 01 am, and there isn'y public transportation'till around 6 am ! |

Check main info, you'd have to take bus 50.0 in Antwerp to reach Tomorrowland, the bus stops at the entrance. I'm sure you can just follow the crowd. ;) |
