| Pirates front office is a disgrace. The moves they make are mind boggling. Royals vs. Pirates for suckiest franchise... who wins? |

that's what you get for having cheap, inept ownership
sadly that best ballpark in all of baseball won't be fielding a winning team for a while |

Ugh, I couldn't believe it either. Why would the Braves do that to their star player? But judging by what going on in Braves struggles lately, anything could happen ... I am so not used to seeing Braves play so bad, I am just too dam used to watching them win all the time.
But I have been enjoying the Tigers this season - I guess you can say I jumped on a bandwagon - go Tigers hehe ;=)

| Teams place every player on waivers to see if they pass through or not. If a team claims that player, he is just pulled back. |

in the AL, 19 games over .500 doesn't win the wild card
18 games over is 2 game behind
meanwhile, in the NL wild card lead, 1 game under .500 is in 4th place, and 3 games under .500 is just 2.5 out of the wild card lead
the whole NL West is in the running, much like how it was in the NL East last year |

Ummm... there's a difference between nostalia-filled ball parks (ie: the ones you've mentioned) and best ball parks (ie: pnc, camden, sbc [or whatever it's called now]). |
