Friday we were too late so we checked out Pacha.. i really liked it... stole me a dancer!! hehehe
Sat... we got a little lost on the NYC transit ... in nuts.. I prefer DC's 5 big crayon drawings of a metro! Easier to understand.. express, non express * trains one track.. ACK! Just nuts! Then the cabby didn't know how to get to the park either.. WTF?
Armin - dude.. always great! I loved the venue... had a few tired moments... *took care of it! ROFL! But As always the best part of the night is sharing it with you guys and meeting new peeps to enjoy my favorite dj's with! Lyss.. LOVE# YA!! Shout outs to simply everyone.. that way i don't leave anyone out! Well, JOEY - your my favorite NYTA so glad we got to chill, mad shoutout to Vtec for making me an Armin whore! And Jose my road trip buddy...
I had a blast, even got me a little bonin in the club hahahaha...

A more lengthy review...
i had fun without a doubt, but the inconveniences made the party stale. the beer, the bathroom lines, too much security (at one point i saw a cop on a bike standing half way inside the tent holding onto his bike...wtf?).
Anyways, nice meeting Doombot, Sveta and Miscah from A-Dam, Kristin finally =P, ArminD, ISAAC and his Fiance, FREEZA GONE HIDING!, the usual suspects.
Overall, good music, so-so venue, however it is the little details that really make or break a party.
First complaint...if you only going to serve beer, make sure it's good atleast (coors light would have done it for me).
Next - if you only going to serve beer, make sure you have A LOT OF ACCESSIBLE bathrooms.
I just don't get it...isn't the general concensus on drinking beer means you end up pissing alot. so if ur only serve beer, then atleast have a bunch of bathrooms...6 easy to use, accessible stalls per 1,000 people (and that's a loose 1,000)...does that make sense?
oh and Kris - don't worry your not blind you don't need to get your eyes checked..i saw the bridge fine, just that it was hidden BEHIND us lol. great to finally meet you...atleast some of us have real friends, you know, not any social ladder climbing going on with in us =). |

it was GREAT to finally meet you too! too bad the speakers were blaring in the background so we couldn't really talk and chat - too bad you weren't there on friday night - it was MUCH more enjoyable on friday night |
