She wouldn't be able to know that... You can't pinpoint when you get HPV sadly. It can hibernate dormant for up to a few years before it actually becomes noticeable. She could have gotten it from an ex. A lot of people break up from getting HPV without knowing that fact. |

It can be contracted, through skin contact - simple enough. Almost has simple as contracting crablouse, through bed sheets or any other articles of cloth. |

True, he may not have gotten it from the girl he cheated with, but he DID cheat...whether or not he got the HPV from the mistress, it was still what busted him...
She knew he cheated because she went to him when she found about the HPV and accused him of cheating (something she'd suspected for a while anyways)...and he confessed to her that he did. |
